I look around the world and I wonder what will be?
Will natural disasters spell the end of you and me?
Or will we simply bomb ourselves into eternity?
Pitting brother against brother to a certain tragedy
The glaciers melt, the oceans rise, it comes as no surprise
While fires burn our houses down and smoke gets in our eyes
Is there still time to change the world to find a remedy?
And make this world a safer place for all humanity?
We only have one world to share
The hour’s late we’re almost there
We need a plan no time to spare
Here and there and everywhere
I think there still is time to turn the ship we’re on around
To find a course that takes us to a safe and higher ground
But we can only reach that place if we all work together
And make the world a better place where we can live forever
