We wait all year for Christmas
Till Christmas comes again
I don’t see the need to do this
To wait around till then
Every day can be like Christmas
There’s a very simple way
Just find someone to love you
And it’s Christmas every day

I found myself a present
Underneath my Christmas tree
A very special present
My Christmas fantasy
I opened up my present
Could not believe my eyes
You were my Christmas present
The ultimate surprise

Christmas every day
That how it’s s’posed to be
Christmas every day
‘Cause you are here with me
Don’t wait until December
And be lonely until then
Every day when you wake up
It can be Christmastime again

It used to be that Christmas
Would come but once a year
Now every day is Christmas
Because I have you near
Turn each day into Christmas
There is such a simple way
Find yourself someone to love you
Christmas will be here to stay

The truth is you don’t have to wait
I am gonna set you straight
Don’t you even hesitate
It can be Christmas every day

Christmas every day
That how it’s s’

posed to be
Christmas every day
‘Cause you are here with me
Don’t wait until December
And be lonely until then
Every day when you wake up
It can be Christmastime again

And by the way, Merry Christmas to you
