Eight candles burning silently
We light from left to right
The glow of the Menorah
Burning brightly through the night
One more candle every day
Till Chanukah is through
For love of all our families
They shine for me and you

The most cherished of traditions
We celebrate each year
Always at year end
When all our family is near
A special time for one and all
And for our many friends
With gifts exchanged between us
Up until the eighth day ends

Chanukah candles burning bright
Guide us with your sacred light
Give us peace our loved ones near

Its time again to celebrate
With those that we hold dear
